Aerobics

Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength and cardio- vascular fitness). lt is usually performed to music and practiced in a group led by an instructor (fitness professional). With the goal of promoting physical fitness and preventing illness, we have designed various routines comprising a number of different dance-like exercises. Formal aerobics classes are divided into different levels of intensity and complexity. In our aerobic classes we allow participants to select their level of participation according to their fitness level. Each class is designed for a certain level of experience and taught by a certified instructor with a specialty area related to their particular class.

Zumba

The Zumba program is latin inspired dance fitness class that incorporates international and latin music and dance movements creating a dynamic exciting, exhilarating and effective fitness program. A zumba class is known as zumba fitness party combines fast and the show rythms that tones and sculpt the body using an aerobic/ fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscles toning benefits.

The nature of yoga is to shine the light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body.
